HUSTINGS - ELGIN

Sandy Shaw will be on a hustings panel organised by Moray churches. This will take place in Holy Trinity Church Hall (by the Lossie Green car park), Trinity Place, Elgin, from 7.30-9.30 p.m.

 

HUSTINGS - LOCHINVER

Tom Forrest will be on a hustings panel at a public meeting in Lochinver Village Hall at 7.30 p.m.

 

HUSTINGS - ALNESS

Les Turner and Tom Morrow will be on a hustings panel at a public meeting in Averon Leisure Centre, High Street, Alness, Ross-shire, IV17 0QB at 8.00 p.m.

 

PUBLIC MEETING - SHETLAND

Speaker: Mr. Andrew Shearer

The Scottish Christian Party (Shetland) is holding a public meeting to launch its election campaign and to proclaim the Lordship of Christ over every area of life including politics.

Mr. Shearer will outline the need for a Christian influence in politics and legislation today. He will cover the main policies of the Scottish Christian Party. After closing with Psalm 72:17-19, there will be time for questions and an opportunity to become involved in the work.

The Scottish Christian Party (Shetland) will hold a second public meeting on Thursday 26th April, 2007 to commit the elections to the LORD. There will be an address by Mr. Shearer and a time for praise and prayer.

All who want to see Christ's Lordship in every area of our land are warmly invited to both these meetings.

Tom Forrest will attend a hustings in PORTREE for "The Big Island Debate" organised by The Herald.
Venue: Aros Centre, Skye, at 7.00pm.
This is one of ten Big Debates which have Lesley Riddoch provoking politicians
to explain themselves and their policies.

does not allow us to discuss the questions we want addressed,
unless many Christians will email questions about

FORT WILLIAM

Susan Wallace will be giving out leaflets and talking to anyone who is interested in the High Street, Fort William. Join her at 11.00-12.00 noon and 2.30-3.30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Susan will also be touring around the Fort WIlliam area with her public address system between the hours of 6.00-8.00 p.m. the same days.

 

TAIN ROYAL ACADEMY 2/5/2007

Sandy Shaw will be in Tain speaking to first time voters between 6 and 7 p.m. and thereafter he will be on a Panel in Tain Royal Academy at 7.30 p.m. chaired by the Rector.
